Eyecare for you and your family is important to us at Eye Connexion. We have put together these individual and family eyecare plans which will allow you to look after the health of your eyes on an ongoing basis. Individual plan will only cost you £12 per month and for your family, £20 per month.

Individual Eyecare Plan
£12 per month
- An annual Advanced Eye Test including OCT
- 2 eyecare appointments for aftercare, emergencies and dry eye assessments
- 15% discount on frames and lenses
- 50% off lenses for second pair of glasses when purchased within 3 months
- 15% off accessories

Family Eyecare Plan
£20 per month
- An annual Advanced Eye Test including OCT for 2 adults
- Children under 19 living at the same address will get a complimentary upgrade to their NHS Eye Test
- 4 eyecare appointments for aftercare, emergencies and dry eye assessments
- 15% discount on frames and lenses
- 50% off lenses for second pair of glasses when purchased within 3 months
- 15% off accessories

Hoya MiYOSMART Eyecare Plan
£25 per month
Slowdown the progression of myopia or short sightedness by about 60% with Hoya MiYOSMART spectacle lenses for children. This award winning technology by Hoya is based on the revolutionary Defocus Incorporated Multiple Segments (D.I.M.S) technology which is now available for your child at the cost of only £25 per month on a 12 month contract. The plan includes 2 eyetests per year, repairs and free reglaze of lenses.

Eyecare Plan Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply when you subscribe to any of the eyecare plans:
- 12 month minimum term applies.
- Discounts are applicable on retail prices.
- Discounts cannot be applied to other promotions and already discounted items.
- Family eyecare plan covers 2 adults and children under 19, all living under the same address.
- If you cancel the contract before completing the 12 month period, you will be liable to pay the discounts given or the remainder fees from the 12 month period, whichever is lower.
- If you cancel the contract after the 12 month period, there will be no additional payments required. You can simply renew the contract again.
- 50% off lenses from second pair is applicable for 3 months from the start of the contract.
MiYOSMART Terms & Conditions
- 2 six monthly eye tests are included within the plan.
- We will do a free reglaze if there is a change of more than 0.50 in the prescription within the year.
- 12 month minimum term applies
- If you cancel the contract before completing the 12 month period, you will be liable to pay the remainder fees from the 12 month period.
